Yogurt Pita
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 spoon dry yeast
- 14x full spoon flour
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 3x full spoon yogurt
- 10 min, add water, sugar and yeast to bowl and let ferment.
- 15 min, Add flour, salt, olive oil and yogurt to bowl and mix.
- 2 hours, let raise.
- Separate dough into about 8 portions and make them into flatbreads.
- bake until done, not brown in oven at 180 degrees.
When done, you can bake them off in the oven, pan or toaster.
