Yogurt Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 spoon dry yeast
  • 14x full spoon flour
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • 3x full spoon yogurt

  • 10 min, add water, sugar and yeast to bowl and let ferment.
  • 15 min, Add flour, salt, olive oil and yogurt to bowl and mix.
  • 2 hours, let raise.
  • Separate dough into about 8 portions and make them into flatbreads.
  • bake until done, not brown in oven at 180 degrees.

When done, you can bake them off in the oven, pan or toaster.
