Kapsalon

A dutch classic, which is taken over the world, but in a way better version.
Heritage
The Kapsalon was invented in 2003 in Rotterdam, at the hair salon of a Dutch hairdresser. The name literally means “hair salon”. It started as a quick, hearty meal for late‑night customers, combining Dutch fries, shawarma‑style meat, melted Gouda cheese, fresh salad, and garlic sauce. The dish quickly gained popularity across the Netherlands and later spread internationally, often adapted with local variations.
