My all time favorite, a spicemix which keeps being updated and improved.
Since we moved to Malta, many spice mixes I was used to lazily enjoy, I don’t have to my disposal anymore. So I started creating my own, based on the mixes I knew, but improving them bit by bit.
The spice mix for latin dishes.
Armenian food is the basis of most of what we want to eat. The khorovatz (barbeque) is the staple of Armenian cuisine. This is our version of the basic spice mix for pork or anything which goes onto our barbeque.
The spice for everything; cajun. It doesnt matter what you put it on, it will taste good.
Whenever we eat chicken, a variation of this spice mix will be usually used. Perfect for on the fried chicken.
A staple in Indian cuisine, here’s my version of it.
A mexican style twist on the chicken, it’s actually really easy.
There are many variaties of “Gyros spice” this was inspired by my local “Gyros dealer”.
